We guarantee that all our products to be brand new and fully as described. We ship no blemished , seconds, or any inferior variations.
We also guarantee that your business experience with us will be a secure and enjoyable one. If your business experience is substandard in any way , please
contact us through this form.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied you may return or exchange the mechandise without explanation. Please contact us within
7 days after receipt of merchandise. We do not accept any claims after this period of time.
Please contact us using this form in advance stating which merchandise
will be returned or exchanged. We will issue you with a RMA number which you can then include in your return to ensure proper
return procedure.
We do not accept any returned packages without a RMA number issued by us.
All returned items are the customers responsibility. We strongly recommend using a registered method with insurance.
Jewelleryxy will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of package.
Items have to be returned in its original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for all the shipping and handling charges of the returned merchandise.
Refunds or and exchange will be issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise
